Zach and Chad are joined by Manchildren Sam Weyant and Adam Brinker to talk about this years Gen-Con experience, Aquaman getting two scripts, early Image Comics and their blatant rip-offs of popular Marvel characters, and Hideo Kojima teaming with Guillermo Del Toro and Norman Reedus for a reboot of Silent Hill. PLUS, the Dudez breathe a breath of relief when they find a film that Michael Bay ISN'T going to make!
This week is both for rejoicing and for somber remembrance. The Dudez review the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, discuss The Inhumans film being developed by Marvel, Justice League Dark being brought to the screen by DC and Guillermo Del Toro, discuss for the final time the plight of the Juggalos, and end the show with a Grain of Salt tribute to the life and work of Robin Williams.
This week the Dudez have an in-house guest in Manchild Sam Weyant, and a guest via Skype in Manchild Rick Christensen of RickyTimbo fame. They discuss Rick's venture in to metal music with the one man band, RickyTimbo, how he did it, why he did it, and some of the interesting origins of his song lyrics. The Dudez, along with Sam Weyant, review Marvel's latest film, Guardians of the Galaxy, Zach professes his love of Quackshot on the Sega Genesis, and the show ends with a musical treat: "Bizarre Will of the Crab God" by RickyTimbo!
On the second half of Too Fat Dudez San Diego Comic Con coverage the Dudez discuss Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman attire, footage from the Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice panel, Constatine and Arrow digging deeper into the DC vault of characters, The Walking Dead Season 5 trailer, and Sam Raimi announces Evil Dead: The television show! Plus some other random bits here and there....keepin' it spicey.
